EGX approves Zahraa Maadi, First Investment capital hikes

Cairo - Mubasher: The listing committee of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) approved the requests made by Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development, and First Investment and Real Estate Development to raise their respective capitals.

EGX said in a statement on Wednesday that the committee has approved increasing the both the issued and paid capital of Zahraa Maadi Investment from EGP 55 million to EGP 66 million, and raised the authorized capital from EGP 75 million to EGP 300 million.

Similarly, the Egyptian bourse also approved increasing the capital of First Investment frpm EGP 10 million to EGP 50 million, according to the statement.
