Cairo - Mubasher: Egyptian Financial and Industrial Company (EFIC) said that it will repay the remainder of the loan provided by the Commercial International Bank (CIB) in July, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday that it will pay EGP 25 million, the residual amount of the EGP 220 million loan.
EFIC previously reported an increase in net profits during fiscal year 2016 by 37.8% to EGP 108.18 million, compared to EGP 78.49 million in the year before.
Total sales also grew to EGP 884 million in FY16 from EGP 843.2 million in FY15.
