Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Dallah Healthcare Company decided to distribute cash dividends worth SAR 90 million, which is equivalent to 10% of the capital, for the second half (H2) of 2022.
The firm will pay out SAR 1 per share for 90 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.
The eligibility and distribution dates for the dividends will be on 20 and 29 December 2022, respectively.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Dallah Healthcare logged a net profit after Zakat and tax worth SAR 196.02 million, an annual surge of 30.68% from SAR 150 million.
Revenues jumped by 17.29% to SAR 1.79 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 1.52 billion in 9M-21, while the earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 2.18 from SAR 1.67.
