Mubasher: Zain Group announced that a court has issued a ruling that orders the National Communications and Media Commission of Iraq not to claim the fine against Zain Iraq.
In a disclosure to Boursa Kuwait on Sunday, Zain said it that the Iraqi court has issued a ruling that exempts Zain Iraq from paying a $100 million claim to the media commission.
In January 2017, the Iraqi media commission decided to impose a fine valued at $100 million against Zain Iraq.
