Chemanol announces resignation of CEO

Riyadh – Mubasher: Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) has announced the resignation of Ali Mohamed Al Asiri from his position as the CEO of the firm.

Al Asiri submitted his resignation on 25 August 2022 due to personal reasons, while it became effective on 31 August, according to a recent bourse disclosure.

The Saudi firm pointed out that it will disclose any developments regarding the appointment of a new CEO in due course.

In the first six months (6M) of 2022, Chemanol posted a 116.38% year-on-year (YoY) hike in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 194.83 million, compared to SAR 90.04 million.
