Amman-Mubasher: Capital Bank of Jordan shareholders approved cash dividends representing 6% of the total capital, amounting to JOD 11 million, according to a filing to Amman Stock Exchange.
Capital Bank previously reported a slight decline in profits by 2% to JOD 36.3 million in 2014, compared to JOD 37.04 million in 2013.
The bank’s capital amounts to JOD 181.5 million, distributed on 181.5 million shares at JOD 1 par value each.
