CI Capital’s consolidated profits hit EGP 1.5bn in 2025

Cairo - Mubasher: CI Capital Holding for Financial Investments registered an annual fall in consolidated net profit after tax to EGP 1.51 billion during 2025, compared with EGP 2.22 billion.

Consolidated revenues rose to EGP 8.66 billion in the January-December 2025 period from EGP 7.11 billion a year earlier, according to the financial results.

Furthermore, the total assets amounted to EGP 41.32 billion as of 31 December 2025, which reflected an annual surge from EGP 32.95 billion.

Standalone Financials

The EGX-listed company posted year-on-year (YoY) lower non-consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 690.15 million in 2025, compared to EGP 1.08 billion.

Standalone revenues shrank to EGP 648.46 million in 2025 from EGP 1.49 billion in the previous year, while the earnings per share (EPS) declined to EGP 0.62 from EGP 0.98.

In the 12-month period that ended on 31 December 2025, the non-consolidated total assets hit EGP 3.34 billion when compared with EGP 3.37 billion in 2024.

During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, the consolidated net profits after tax of CI Capital dropped to EGP 1.11 billion from EGP 1.63 billion in 9M-24.
