Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of Commercial Bank International (CBI) has elected Saif Ali Al Shehhi as the bank’s Chairman.
Meanwhile, Ali Rashid Al Mohannadi was announced as the Vice Chairman of the board, according to a bourse filing.
The board members elected the two new officials during their meeting that was held on 28 February 2023.
Last year, the net profits attributable to the owners of CBI hit AED 117.23 million, compared to AED 121.77 million in 2021.
The net operating income decreased to AED 602.80 million in 2022 from AED 630.64 million in 2021, whereas the basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) declined to AED 0.06 from AED 0.07.
