Riyadh – Mubasher: Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company appointed Bader bin Saad Al Ghunaim as an acting CEO in addition to his current duties for the coming six months.
Al Ghunaim succeeded Abdulrahman Al Dokheel, who resigned from his position as the company’s CEO on 26 November 2023, according to a bourse filing.
The new official took over his new role on 4 December 2023 and will remain in the position until 3 June 2024.
With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance field, Al Ghunaim holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from King Saud University and has professional certificates in the financial field.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2023, Buruj Cooperative generated SAR 21.64 million in net profit before Zakat, versus net losses of SAR 25.35 million in 9M-22.
