BinDawood Holding accepts CEO resignation

Riyadh – Mubasher: BinDawood Holding Company’s board has accepted the resignation of Ahmad Abdulrazzag BinDawood from his position as the company’s CEO.

The resignation was submitted on 4 September 2022 for personal reasons, and came into effect on the same day, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The company added it will announce any developments regarding the appointment or assignment of a new CEO in due course.

It is worthy to mention that in the first half (H1) of 2022, the holding firm logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 107.79 million, lower by 31.39% than SAR 157.10 million in H1-21.

The revenues amounted to SAR 2.39 billion in H1-22, an annual growth of 6.62% from SAR 2.24 billion.
