Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (Bildco) said its board decided to approve the resignation of its CEO Maolod Zakar, according to a statement.
The board decided to appoint support services director Sultan Saeed Abdullah as the company’s acting CEO.
Bildco’s stock stabilised at AED 0.60 in Sunday’s trading.
