Mubasher: TRAFCO, a Bahraini group aiming to revolutionize and rejuvenate the food industry in the kingdom, posted BHD 1.295 million ($3.43 million) in net earnings during the first six months of 2015, jumping 31.3% compared with BHD 986,359 ($2.6 million) in the same period a year ago.
The company’s H1 sales grew by 1.66% year-on-year from BHD 20.604 million to BHD 20.95 million.
The second-quarter earnings soared 115% to BHD 492,932, compared with BHD 229,341 a year earlier.
The company operates with BHD 8 million capital, divided into 80.7 million shares at a par value of BHD 0.1 each.
