Mubasher: Bahrain Maritime and Mercantile International Company’s board of directors recommended on Tuesday the distribution of cash dividends at 20 fils per share for the first half of fiscal 2016.
The dividend eligibility will be for shareholders registered till 8 August, according to a bourse filing.
Bahrain Maritime’s profits declined in H1-16 by 37.7% to BHD 3.32 million from BHD 5.33 million in H1-15.
