Kuwait – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Automated Systems approved raising the authorised, issued, and paid-up capital through distributing 33.2% of capital as bonus shares.
The company’s capital will increase by distributing 24.93 million bonus shares to become KWD 10 million from KWD 7.51 million.
