Dubai-Mubasher: Arabian Scandinavian Insurance Company (ASCANA) obtained the approval of shareholders on the distribution of cash dividends at 15%, or AED 23.1 million for the fiscal year 2014, the company said on Monday.
Shareholders adopted agenda items, mainly ratifying the financial statements for 2014.
The Dubai-listed insurer posted a 39% fall in FY14 net profits to AED 31 million, compared with AED 50.8 million a year earlier.
