Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Arab Co. for Asset Management and Development approved an offer made by three persons to purchase a land plot in El-Minya’s Samalot City.
The offer includes a price of 1,800 per square metre (sqm) for the 57,767-sqm land plot, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
In 2020, Arab Co. for Asset Management and Development turned to net losses of EGP 6.08 million, against net profits of EGP 46.68 million a year earlier.
