This is to announce that on 8 February 2015 , Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment & Development has sold all their 39,898,654 shares being 33.25% of the share capital of the company to Zulal Investment Company S.P.C, a 100% subsidiary of Hassad Food Company, ( Qatar)
