Riyadh - Mubasher: Anaam International Holding Group signed a sale and purchase agreement with Saudi Wasit Establishment to acquire 51% of Saudi Wasit Factory for Entertainment & Beauty Systems.
The total value of the transaction amounts to SAR 24.48 million, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
The agreement is subject to the approval of the relevant governmental authorities and the finalisation of some legal requirements.
In April, Anaam International Holding Group announced the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Wasit Establishment to acquire 51% of Wasit Factory.
