Riyadh – Mubasher: Amlak International Finance Company generated net profits worth SAR 96.72 million in 2022, down 10.24% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 107.75 million.
Earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.07 last year, lower than SAR 1.19 in 2021, according to the annual income statements.
Assets declined by 2.25% YoY to SAR 3.48 billion in 2022 from SAR 3.56 billion, while the company’s investment shrank by 89.90% YoY to SAR 998,000 from SAR 9.87 million.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Amlak International registered SAR 80.73 million in net profit, an annual drop of 2.63% from SAR 82.91 million.
