Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Al Wathba National Insurance Co (AWNIC) said its board recommended on Monday, 14 March, 15% cash dividends or 15 fils per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Proposed dividends stand at a total of AED 31.05 million for FY16.
Al Wathba’s capital amounts to AED 207 million, distributed on 207 million shares at AED 1 per share.
The company’s shareholders will hold their meeting on 17 April to discuss the annual dividends.
