Mubasher: Al Omaniya Financial Services Company announced on Monday that its will distribute interest warrant for the second six months ended 7 May on the unsecured compulsorily convertible bonus stock bonds of OMR 1.84 million as of 24 May.
According to a bourse filing, all uncollected warrants will be posted by mail after one week from this notice.
The company added that unclaimed interest warrants will be transferred to Investor’s Trust Fund with Muscat Clearing and Depository Company after a period of six months from the issue date.
