Mubasher: Al Kout Industrial Projects announced that it has concluded a deal worth about KWD 767,420 with Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW).
The contract stipulates to provide supply and delivery works of industrial gases to electric power plants and water distillation for a period of three years, according to a disclosure to Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday.
The contract will positively reflect on the company’s financial statements, Al Kout remarked.
Meanwhile, Al Kout’s board of directors have approved, during Monday’s meeting, the new board which will be chaired by Mohamed Ahmed Hussein.
It is worthwhile to mention that Al Kout is currently suspended from trading on Boursa Kuwait, as it had not submitted the financial statements dated 31 March 2019 yet
