Mubasher: Al Fajar Al Alamia said Thursday that its shareholders will convene on 27 September to look into cash dividend distribution for the fiscal year ended on 30 June 2016, according to a bourse filing.
The proposed payout stands at 5% of capital, or 5 baisas per share, totaling OMR 246,650, according to Mubasher estimates.
Moreover, the shareholders are going to decide on transferring OMR 40,000 from annual net earnings to the company’s special reserve.
The company earned OMR 1.02 million for the fiscal year 2015/16.
