Mubasher: Ajwan Gulf Real Estate has announced a new board of directors during its meeting on Thursday, 23 January 2020, with Youssef Hamad Boodai chairing the board.
Moreover, Bader Mansour Al Jumaa was named as the deputy chairman, while Mansour Mohamed Al Kandari was appointed as Ajwan’s CEO and board member, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
The remaining board members are named as Salman Badr Al Rashoud as well as Khalid Abdul Latif Saud Al Munae.
It is worth noting that Al Kandari was the non-executive chairman of Ajwan.
