Mubasher: Abyaar Real Estate Development said that Wednesday, 29 July 2020, will be its last trading day on Boursa Kuwait.
The announcement has no material impact on the company’s financials in the present time, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
In January, the board of commissioners of Kuwait’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved Abyaar’s request to delist from the Kuwaiti stock exchange.
