Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) announced that Matar Khalfan Ali Al Shamsi has resigned from his position as managing director.
Chairman Omar Al Faresi will handle the company’s management temporarily pending the sourcing and appointment of a new managing director or CEO, according to a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday.
In August, ADSB reported it had turned profitable for the first half of 2019, with a net profit of AED 774,000 in H1-19, against a net loss of AED 8.9 million in H1-18.
