Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Abu Dhabi Aviation Company has approved to distribute cash dividends, equivalent to 10% of the capital, for 2020.
The cash dividend distribution aggregates at a total amount of AED 44.478 million, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Wednesday.
The shareholders have set the last entitlement date on 17 March 2020 and the ex-dividend date on 18 March.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company reported a decrease in its annual profit attributable to the owners of the company to AED 176.815 million, compared with AED 246.194 million
