Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board members of ADNOC Drilling Company elected Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber as the Chairperson of the company.
Abdulmunim Saif Alkindi was elected as the Vice Chairperson of the board of directors, according to a bourse disclosure.
The board members greenlighted the two appointments during their meeting on 22 March 2024.
ADNOC Drilling registered $1.03 billion in net profit last year, higher by 29% than $801.80 million in 2022.
Revenues grew by 14% year-on-year (YoY)to $3.05 billion in 2023 from $2.67 billion, while the basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) dropped by 12% YoY to $0.06 from $0.05.
