Doha – Mubasher: Qatar Fuel (Woqod) plans to launch 10 new fuel stations, which are set to start operating this month, Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported on Thursday.
Woqod’s CEO, Ibrahim Jaham Al Kuwari, said that construction works have been finished in three stations in Old Al Ghanim, Hamad International Airport and Al Thameed areas, adding that the company is coordinating with the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) to link the exit and entry points of these stations with the roads leading to them.
Al Kuwari expected the construction of another eight stations to be completed during December, according to QNA.
The CEO noted that Woqod is currently working on setting up four new stations, which are set to be finished in 2017.
