Taameer’s board proposes delisting from Boursa Kuwait

Mubasher: Taameer Real Estate Investment’s board of directors proposed the voluntary delisting of the company from Boursa Kuwait during a meeting held on Tuesday.

The board attributed the decision to thin trades on the stock as well as the share’s low value, according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday.

The potential delisting does not have a current impact on Taameer Real Estate Investment’s fiscal position, while it will be specified later.

The Kuwaiti real estate firm’s losses increased by 136% to KWD 1.36 million during 2018, from KWD 575,360 in 2017.
