Saudi Cable names new CEO, Managing Director

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Cable Company named Fawaz Mubarak Al Muqbel as its new CEO as of 17 April 2024, according to a bourse disclosure.

Al Muqbel succeeded Nael Samir Fayez, who was appointed as the company’s CEO in February 2023 and currently serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors.

With more than 34 years of experience, the new CEO previously served as the general manager at the Steel Products Company (STEPCO) and the CEO of the Middle East Cable Company (Misk).

He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and a master's degree in executive MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Moreover, Khalid Asaad Khashogji was announced as the Managing Director of Saudi Cable. He held several positions, including the Vice Chairman at Thimar Development Holding Company.

Earlier this month, the Tadawul-listed firm named Sabri Alghamdi and Walid Al Shuwaier as the Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.
