Monsha’at studies enabling government employees to practice entrepreneurship

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Shura Council urged the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), in coordination with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, to study empowering government employees, who wish to practice entrepreneurship, including granting an entrepreneur license, according to a recent statement.

It also urged the authority to review the necessary legislative and procedural tools issued in accordance with controls that adopt the best regional and global practices.

During its 26th ordinary session of the fourth year, the council sought the authority to update its statistical data constantly, in coordination with the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) and the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA).
