Riyadh – Mubasher: Herfy Food Services Company announced appointing new Chairman and Vice Chairman for a term of four years.
The company appointed Mutaz Qusai Alazawi as Chairman and Esam Majed Al Muhaidib as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.
Herfy’s Ordinary General Assembly elected a new board on 1 May 2024 for four years ending on 30 April 2028.
In April, the Tadawul-listed company accepted the resignation of Sam Mohamed Bader from his position as its CEO.
It is worth noting that Herfy shifted to profitability during the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, recording a net profit of SAR 448,244, versus a net loss of SAR 12.81 million the year before.
