Mubasher: Global Financial Investment Company said Monday that its board of directors discussed the letter sent by the Financial Corporation Company (FINCORP) expressing their interest in acquiring Global Financial Securities Company.
According to a bourse filing, the board welcomed the idea in principle, and assigned the investment committee in coordination with the acting chief executive officer to do the needed studies and issue their recommendations to the board to serve the company and its shareholders.
