Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Emirates Digital Wallet, previously known as Mobile Wallet, has reached its final development stage, according to the UAE Banks Federation (UBF).
Initiated by the UBF in 2014, the wallet is owned by 16 shareholding banks and fully-sponsored by the UBF.
The project is expected to introduce a society-wide cash transformation to digital, pushing towards a cashless future.
