Cairo – Mubasher: Emaar Misr for Development recorded a surge in net profit after tax to EGP 6.56 billion in 2022, compared to EGP 4.11 billion in 2021.
Revenues hiked to EGP 14.73 billion last year from EGP 11.08 billion during the January-December 2021 period, according to the income statements.
The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at EGP 1.39 as of 31 December 2022, an annual increase from EGP 0.87.
Meanwhile, the total assets amounted to EGP 74.37 billion in 2022, higher than EGP 62.84 billion during the 12-month period that ended on 31 December 2021.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the EGX-listed firm generated EGP 4.89 billion in net profit after tax, versus EGP 2.81 billion in the year-ago period.
