Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development, a leading real estate service provider in the UAE, has started construction works with a total cost of nearly AED 300 million on Millennium Talia Residences, Amalia Residences, and a third plot that will be declared soon in Al Furjan district, according to a press release.
Once finished, the three plots will comprise residential units in addition to hotel flats and will consist of nearly 371 diverse units with one, two, and three bedrooms.
The project is located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, which will allow the residents to be easily connected to some of Dubai’s well-known malls, education and healthcare facilities, entertainment hubs, beaches, and more.
Senior Vice President - Development at Deyaar, Ayman Al Hammadi, commented: “The start of construction for a project of this magnitude is always an essential milestone, as we seek to engage reputed parties with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to the highest standards.”

It is worth noting that Deyaar Development’s net profits in the first quarter (Q1) of 2023 totalled AED 56.35 million, a year-on-year (YoY) upswing from AED 25.06 million.
