DFM, ADX closes Tuesday mixed

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) lost 4.89 points (0.11%) on Tuesday and closed the trading session at 4,155.77 points.

A total of 254.68 million shares were exchanged during the session at a value of AED 507.51 million.

Emaar Properties witnessed the highest trading value of AED 158.50 million, while GFH Financial Group was the most active stock with 58.27 million shares.

National Cement Company topped the risers with 10.86%, whereas Dubai National Insurance and Reinsurance led the fallers with 8.16%.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.045% to 9,063.42 points.

The turnover reached AED 1.21 billion through the exchange of 300.93 million shares, while the market cap value stood at AED 2.77 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) recorded the highest turnover of AED 199.66 million, while Manazel Real Estate Company dominated the trading volume with 61.15 million shares.

Palms Sports headed the losers with 10%, while Ras Al Khaimah National Insurance advanced the gainers with 14.81%.
