Mubasher: The Central Bank of Oman (CBO) issued a tender of government treasury bills, number 564, this week, according to Oman News Agency.
The total value of the allotted treasury bills stood at OMR 99.646 million, for a maturity period of one year.
The average accepted price reached 99.646 for every OMR 100, while the minimum accepted price arrived at 99.61 per OMR 100.
Furthermore, the average discount rate and yield reached 1.36% and 1.38% respectively, the news agency reported.
The interest rate on the Repo operations with CBO is 1% for the period from 26 July to 1 August, while the discount rate on the treasury bills discounting facility with CBO is 1.75% for the same period.
