Mubasher: GFH Financial Group expects to complete all the requirements needed for listing the company’s shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) during the first half of 2019, the CEO of GFH Hisham Ahmed Al Rayes told CNBC Arabia.
Al Rayes noted to CNBC Arabia that the financial statements of the first quarter in 2019 will be “good”.
He added that the previously disclosed exit transactions will have a positive impact on GFH’s Q1-19 financials, which are set to be revealed on 13 May.
