Kuwait – Mubasher: Emirates – based Odptio Company said it is obligated to submit an acquisition offer in respect to acquiring Kuwait Food Company "Americana".
On other hand, the National Investment Company said it finished the procedures of selling 66.79% stake in Americana in 20 October 2016.
