Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Green Valley International Real Estate launched Salam City project worth AED 160 million ($44 million) in Bosnia, according to a statement.
To be built on a 134,000-sq-m-area, the project will encompass 300 villas and a four-star hotel.
"Bosnia offers unmatched returns on investments and our increasing portfolio in the country is a testimony to this,” according to the company’s Ali Saeed Al Salami.
