Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt's Ministry of Investment (MOI) stated Sunday that China is ranked 21st the country's foreign investment portfolio with projects amounting to $587.1 million.
The number of Chinese company operating inside Egypt stands at 1,299 in different sectors, including the industrial, services, IT, and agricultural fields.
Earlier, the Chinese President signed 20 economic agreements and memorandums of understanding with his Egyptian counterpart to pump $15 billion investments.
