Kuwait – Mubasher: The Gulf Bank of Kuwait (GBK) said that Americana’s deal will have no financial impact on the position of the bank, according to a bourse statement issued Sunday.
GBK said it has lifted the pledging of Americana’s shares which is kept by National Investments to transfer the stocks to Adeptio.
The Kuwaiti bank clarified that a big amount of GBK clients’ debts will be repaid following this process, the statement added.
