Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Imtiaz Investment Group said the court of appeal has issued on 19 October a verdict against the company and in favor of the finance ministry.
Court ordered Al Imtiaz to pay about KWD 15,545 to the ministry regarding the zakat tax for the year 2008, according to a bourse statement.
