Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Mowasat Health Care posted a decline of 32% year-on-year in profits during the third quarter of 2016 as compared to the same period a year ago.
Earnings amounted to nearly KWD 372,730 ($1.23 million) in Q3-16 as compared to around KWD 548,240 ($1.81 million) in Q3-15, according to a bourse statement issued Sunday.
During the nine months of 2016, profits rose 8.8% to KWD 2.72 million from KWD 2.5 million in the corresponding period of 2015.
Al Mowasat said that earnings per share stood at 26.79 fils in the period ended 30 September, 2016 as compared to 24.59 fils in the same period a year ago.
