Riyadh - Mubasher: Investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) anticipate a series of events this week, led by the distribution of cash dividends by Advanced Petrochemical.
According to the company’s statement, Advanced Petrochemical will begin on 27 October to distribute cash dividends for the third quarter of 2016, at SAR 0.65 per share of 6.5% of capital, with a total value of SAR 127.9 million.
Meanwhile, Riyad Bank will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Monday 24 October, to elect a new board for the next three years beginning 31 October.
Similarly, Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance as well as Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing will both be holding their OGMs on Tuesday and Thursday 25 and 27 October respectively.
