Saudi German Hospital inaugurates new hospital in Makkah

Riyadh – Mubasher: Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Hospital) announced the opening of a new hospital in Saudi Arabia’s Makkah city. The new hospital, which is part of Batterjee Medical City, is Saudi German’s 10th hospital in the kingdom and 18th regionally.

The opening strengthens the company’s position as the largest private healthcare group in the region, according to a press release on Thursday.  

The 300-bed hospital includes state-of-the-art medical equipment and is comprised of 100 outpatient clinics, an advanced intensive care unit (ICU), a 30-room dialysis department, in addition to operating rooms equipped with the most advanced equipment and technologies.

In the first half (H1) of 2022, Saudi German Hospital reported net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 30.92 million, an annual leap of 45.57% from SAR 21.24 million.

Revenues stood at SAR 1.02 billion in H1-22, higher by 16.74% than SAR 874.94 million in H1-21.
