Riyadh – Mubasher: Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) has named Sobhi Abduljalil Batterjee as the Chairman of the board for the coming three years.
Saudi German Health also appointed Makarem Sobhi Batterjee as the Vice Chairman for the same board term, according to a bourse disclosure.
The two officials assumed their duties on 17 September 2023 and will remain in position until 16 September 2026.
Earlier this month, the medical entity, which was known as Saudi German Hospitals Group, unveiled a cashback solution for its customers.
