Rubex inks EGP 64m deal in New Administrative Capital

Cairo – Mubasher: Rubex International for Plastic and Acrylic Manufacturing has signed an EGP 64 million deal to manufacture, supply, and install bathroom cabins at one of the New Administrative Capital’s megaprojects.

Upon the deal, the cabins will be delivered within four months of signing the contract, the company highlighted in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.

In August, Rubex announced signing a credential protocol with Drshal Egypt to manufacture electro-plastic parts required for electric cars in Egypt, the Arab world's most populous country.

Rubex previously posted a net profit of EGP 1.52 million in the first half of 2018, versus EGP 4.72 million in H1-17.
